Homeowner Resources

Shores Vacation Rentals has put together guidelines and procedures for our Homeowners. By doing so this creates uniformity, consistency and trust by establishing common ground, common communication, common definitions and terms for New Owner’s, Current Owners, Staff and other Various Stakeholders, like our Guests. 

 

Uniformity and Consistency allows our guests to know immediately what quality of the home they are renting when that home is managed by SVR. They know, in confidence, that they just booked a 4 Star experience to create memories that will last a lifetime.

The City of South Haven also has requirements and regulations that STR Homeowners must follow and adhere to, those are also published below. 

STR Homeowners and their Guests must also understand that the City of South Haven takes pride in their Community and Neighborhoods. Renting responsibly and understanding the standards and expectations from the City that they expect, from Renters, is highly important. The City recommends reading the "Good Neighbor Guidelines" which can be found below as well.  SVR will make sure a copy of these standards are present in any, and all, homes we manage.
