Please make sure you have verified your selected arrival date matches the restriction set on the property page.
CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT PROCEDURES:
Unless otherwise noted our properties are now direct check-in. We require a signed copy of the Guest Rental Agreement and payment in full prior to your arrival. Access codes are generated and sent at check-in time. Please plan your arrival and check-in time accordingly.
CHECK-IN AT 3PM EST:
Unless you have arranged and paid for an early check-in, check-in is at 3PM EST. Neither housekeepers nor inspectors will allow early entry for any reason and are to inform Shores of any attempt. This is for the safety of you and our staff.
CHECK-OUT AT 10AM EST:
Unless you have arranged and paid for late check-out, all persons and personal items must be out by 10 AM EST. This is for the safety of you and our staff. Housekeepers will enter and begin cleaning promptly at 10AM EST. There is a $100 per hour fee, one hour minimum, if you or your items are in the property after 10AM EST.

Wash dishes.

Gather used towels -Leave used towels on the bathroom floor, or on the floor in laundry room; unless, designated otherwise.

Check the cupboards and refrigerator for any food or beverage products left behind.

Check all the rooms for any left-behind toys, gifts, personal items, etc.

Lower Thermostat.

Make sure gas/electric fireplace is off.

Throw trash away

Turn off electronics.

Lock up

Return keys (if applicable).
